Phil graduated from the St. Lawrence College Law Clerk program with Dean’s list honours in 2019 before being hired at Bergeron Clifford this fall.

Phil attended Queen’s University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History with a minor in English Language and Literature. His interest in the legal field developed during his undergraduate studies in history.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Phil has spent time living across Canada. Outside the office, you can find Phil riding his bike, listening to his favourite albums and spending time with his wife, Brooke and daughter Gwen, his dog, Ripley and his two cats, Thunder and Bella.
