After close to 3 years in ICU at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Susan FINALLY got a night out – and it was a pretty special one. When Susan’s care team learned that Bryan Adams was headed to Kingston, they came together to help make attending the concert possible.
Susan spent time working with her occupational and physical therapists to build the strength and stamina she would need for the night, while members of her care team helped work through the logistics.
We were happy enough to play a small part in helping Susan enjoy the concert from a special suite with some of her KHSC care team.
And the night got even better – we were able to help Susan get the chance to meet Bryan Adams himself!
