The highest honour a lawyer can achieve is to be chosen and appointed to be a judge. We are proud to share that our partner, Joe Dart, has been appointed as a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
Joe joins Justice John McCarthy and becomes the second lawyer from our firm that has graduated to the rank of judge.
Joe has been an integral part of Bergeron Clifford since 2015, managing complex personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, and insurance disputes.
