Congratulations to Justice Joseph Dart

The highest honour a lawyer can achieve is to be chosen and appointed to be a judge. We are proud to share that our partner, Joe Dart, has been appointed as a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.

Joe joins Justice John McCarthy and becomes the second lawyer from our firm that has graduated to the rank of judge.

Joe has been an integral part of Bergeron Clifford since 2015, managing complex personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, and insurance disputes. His professionalism, care, and unwavering commitment to clients have left a meaningful impact on the people we serve. If you are or have been one of his clients, you’ll know what I mean.

Justice Dart begins the next phase of his professional journey on August 13th. If Joe was handling your case, please be reassured that you remain in good hands. Our team will be reaching out to you in the coming weeks with updates and to introduce the lawyer who will continue moving your file forward.

Transitions like this are handled with care and professionalism. We are committed to making this a smooth process and continuing to support you every step of the way.

If you have any questions before you hear from us, please feel free to get in touch.
