Kanon Clifford

Law Student

For the past three summers, Kanon has been a summer student with Bergeron Clifford learning the ins and outs of injury law. The ability to make a meaningful change in people’s lives is what attracts Kanon to injury law. For Kanon, the clients’ right to fair compensation is the pillar of his deep commitment to improving the lives of injured persons and their families.

He graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Social Science specializing in political science and economics. He recently graduated with his LL.B. at the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom and will be starting a part-time LL.M. in the fall.

During his studies, Kanon stayed active in his law school community as a peer tutor for law students, attending court cases, tribunals and advocacy training. He was also the treasurer to his student law society and served as Managing Editor with the UK’s oldest student-managed law review.

In his spare time, Kanon enjoys taking his dog, Oliver, for walks and exploring Ontario’s culinary scene. When not in the office, he can be found at the local boxing gym or attempting his best riffs on the guitar.
