Law Clerk

Michelle was born and raised in Niagara Falls. She graduated in 1997 from the Law Clerk program at Sheridan College and joined the Bergeron Clifford team in 1998. She then gained valuable knowledge working with a personal injury lawyer in the City of Toronto helping clients with catastrophic injuries.

Michelle rejoined the firm in 2002 and with two decades of experience in the field, she has developed great strength in the ever-changing field of automobile accident benefits. She dedicates considerable effort to stay on top of the latest developments in the law through her membership in the Law Clerks section of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

She has an outstanding work ethic that marries well with her commitment to continuing education and to the individuals and families she serves at Bergeron Clifford. When she isn’t focused on work, Michelle has volunteered with the Parent Council at Linklater Public School, has served as a Director on the Board for Child Care United, and helped out at the local food bank, St. Vinny’s. She has also assisted as a Supervisor during lunchtime at St. Martha Catholic School and has actively managed her son’s minor hockey teams in various organizations over the years. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys camping and boating with her husband, 2 sons, and her dogs, Bear and Arrow along the Rideau.
